Description:

• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015).
• Working with the quality team on new product development
• Improving production lines
• Proficiency in using various testing and measurement equipment for electro-mechanical products.
• Experience in conducting performance or reliability testing is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or related engineering field is a must
• Designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Experience in lean operations including problem solving techniques; Root Cause – 5 Why, DFMEA, Lean 6s.
